By accessing or using wiedmaiertech.net, VisionBot, or any related service provided by Wiedmaier Tech Innovations LLC (“WTI”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use this site and our software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Purchases and Payments
All digital sales are final, unless a product is proven to be defective. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before renewal.
4. Intellectual Property
All WTI products, branding, text, and media are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.
5. Limitation of Liability
WTI provides all materials “as-is” without warranty. WTI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of our site or software.
6. Modifications
WTI may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will appear on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

VisionBot EULA
This End User License Agreement governs your use of VisionBot software developed by Wiedmaier Tech Innovations LLC.
1. License Grant
WTI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VisionBot according to your purchased tier (Beta, Pro, or Enterprise).
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the software or its components without written consent from WTI.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in VisionBot—including source code, design, and AI logic—remain the sole property of WTI.
4. Updates & Support
Pro and Enterprise licenses include updates as defined at the time of purchase. Beta access may expire at any time.
5. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you violate this agreement.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.

Licensing Overview
Wiedmaier Tech Innovations provides VisionBot under tiered software licenses designed to fit every creator and organization.
The Beta License is an introductory, no-cost evaluation agreement intended for a limited number of early users. It provides access to VisionBot for testing and feedback purposes over a short evaluation period. This license is temporary and may expire or change as new versions are released.
The Pro License is a one-time purchase that grants an individual user lifetime access to VisionBot’s full feature set. It includes updates, bug fixes, and the right to use VisionBot for personal or professional projects. The Pro License does not expire and remains valid for the lifetime of the product.
The Enterprise License is designed for businesses and organizations that need to deploy VisionBot across multiple users or systems. It includes enhanced support, update access, and permission for commercial use in professional or institutional environments. Enterprise licenses are renewable annually and include priority technical support.
Activation
Each license is activated using a unique key linked to your account or device. License misuse or redistribution is prohibited.
Compliance
All VisionBot versions are protected under copyright and trade secret law. Unauthorized use may result in license revocation or legal action.
